| A: It depends on the services required. It can be as low as a few hundred US dollars up to a monthly retainer of several thousand. Please contact us for more details. |
| Q: Do you offer exclusivity on any of your items? |
| A: Yes we may be able to offer exclusivity if the volume justifies an exclusive agreement. If the volume is not high enough, we can base a new design on an existing design to offer a quicker product launch. |
| Q: Do you have experience with sourcing finished products that are not electronic? |
| A: Yes we do. In fact, we study our customer's request in detail before we launch our sourcing team into the field to find the appropriate products. |
| Q: What is your warranty period on products produced by your factory? |
| A: 12 months |
| Q: What type of payment do you accept? |
| A: We accept wire transfer (T/T), L/C, and of course cash in any major currency (HKD, USD, JPY, RMB, etc.) |
